Customer Reviews
Good for rural areas
I purchased the Nomad Residential Plan with the Nomad Raptor and an External Antenna Kit. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email quickly. Shipping took about 6 days to reach my address in rural Idaho, which was within the estimated timeframe. Installation of the external antenna was a bit tricky, but the included instructions were clear enough. Once everything was set up, the signal strength was much better than my previous satellite provider. I had a small issue with the initial speed, so I contacted support via their online chat. The representative was helpful and walked me through a modem reset, which resolved the problem. The connection has been stable for streaming and general browsing since then, even during peak hours.
Reliable as always
This was my third time ordering from Nomad, this time for the Nomad RV Plan and a new Nomad Air device. Just like before, everything worked right out of the box. Setup was quick, maybe 10 minutes, and I had internet going in my RV. Their service has been consistent for me over the past year, always dependable when I'm on the road. It's why I keep coming back.
Got my internet fast
Needed internet for my new place in the sticks and heard about Nomad. Picked up the Nomad Residential Plan. It came pretty fast, like 4 days, which was awesome. Hooking it up was no big deal, just plugged it in. Now I can watch my shows without buffering. Overall, it just worked out.
Decent value, quick shipping
I was looking for an affordable internet solution and decided to try Nomad Internet during their Black Friday deal. I got a good discount on the Nomad Air device. The total cost was reasonable, especially compared to other options for unlimited data. Shipping was quicker than I expected, only 5 days to reach Denver. The device itself was easy to set up, and I got online without any issues. For the price I paid, it feels like a good value, definitely worth the purchase for my travel needs.
Works great, easy setup
Ordered the Nomad Residential Plan. Device arrived in 5 days. Setup was simple. Internet speed is good for streaming. No complaints.

Thinking about getting Nomad for my cabin in rural Georgia, but I'm worried it might not be legitimate or reliable. Has anyone had bad experiences?
is it true that you can only use one promo code at a time? Wanted to stack a referral with a hardware discount.
Do they ever offer free activation or discounts on the hardware? $99 activation feels a bit steep.
What's their return policy like if I get it and it just doesn't work well where I am?
I saw some hardware options like Nomad Air and Raptor. What's the main difference between them? Trying to figure out which one to get.
